What is a UPI QR poster?
A UPI QR poster is a printed QR code that customers scan with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and others) to pay you directly into your bank account. Shops, vendors, tutors and service providers keep one at the counter so customers can pay without typing a UPI ID.
The QR code holds a standard UPI payment link with your UPI ID and name, and optionally a fixed amount and note. The money goes straight to your bank: DocketBee never touches it.
UPI QR poster format
A UPI QR poster shows your business name, "Scan & Pay", a large QR code, your UPI ID and name underneath, and a line saying any UPI app works. Leave the amount empty for a counter QR that works for any payment; add an amount for a fixed fee, such as a monthly tuition charge.
Before you print, scan it with your own phone to check it opens your UPI ID and name. Print it at least 8 cm wide and keep it where customers can scan easily.
Rules that apply
