What DocketBee is

DocketBee (docketbee.com) is a set of online tools that turn the details you enter into PDF documents: invoices, receipts, salary slips, HR letters and more. Documents are made in your browser; see our privacy policy.

Your documents are your responsibility

• DocketBee isn't legal, tax or accounting advice. Our templates and notes follow official rules as we understand them, but rules change and every situation is different. Check important documents with a Chartered Accountant or lawyer.
• You're responsible for what you put in a document and how you use it: that the details are true, that tax rates, GSTINs and amounts are right, and that you're allowed to issue it.
• Don't use DocketBee to make false, misleading or fraudulent documents, such as fake rent receipts for an HRA claim or invoices for supplies that never happened. That may be a crime, and you alone are responsible for it.
• The documents you make belong to you. We claim no rights in their contents.

Your account

Filling in, previewing and generating documents needs no account. Downloading a PDF needs a Google sign-in. Keep your Google account secure; anything done while signed in to it is treated as done by you.

Plans and payment

• Free: 3 PDF downloads a calendar month, reset on the 1st at midnight India time. Unused downloads don't carry over.
• Day pass: ₹29, one-time, for unlimited downloads for 24 hours from payment. It doesn't renew.
• Pro: ₹199/month or ₹999/year, for unlimited downloads while it's active. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year (by UPI AutoPay or card) until you cancel.
• All prices include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Features marked "coming soon" aren't part of what you pay for until they launch. Current features and prices are on the pricing page; if we change a price, we'll tell Pro members before their next renewal.

Cancelling Pro

Cancel any time from your account, in one click. You keep Pro until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• Charged twice, or charged but Pro or the day pass didn't switch on? Email us with the payment ID from Razorpay's receipt. If we can't switch it on, we refund the payment in full.
• Pro renewed and you didn't mean it to? Ask within 7 days of the renewal and, if you haven't downloaded anything since, we'll cancel it and refund that renewal in full.
• Otherwise, payments for a period that has started aren't refunded, including a day pass once it's active. Cancelling stops future charges.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.

Fair use

Don't try to get around download limits or payments, break or overload the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do. If we suspend a paid account for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part of the period.

Our site and brand

The DocketBee name, logo, site design, templates and written content belong to us. You may use the documents you make however you like, but not copy or resell the site or its templates.

Availability and liability

We work to keep DocketBee running and accurate, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses (such as a rejected claim, a tax penalty or lost business) arising from documents made with DocketBee, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we change them, we'll update this page and its date; for changes that affect paid plans, we'll also tell Pro members by email first.
