A bill of supply is the bill issued instead of a tax invoice when no GST can be charged: by composition taxpayers, and by registered businesses selling exempt goods or services.
It shows your name, address and GSTIN, a serial number, the date, the customer's details, and each item's HSN, description and value, with no tax columns. Composition taxpayers also print “composition taxable person, not eligible to collect tax on supplies”.
