Create a free GST delivery challan for goods moved without an invoice, with consignor, consignee, HSN and value, as a PDF.
Who's sending the goods, why, and the challan number and date.
Where they're going, the vehicle, and each item with HSN, quantity and value.
Download the PDF and print it in triplicate: for the consignee, the transporter and you.
A delivery challan is the document that travels with goods when they move without a sale: sent for job work, supplied on approval, transferred to a branch, or measured only on delivery. Under GST it's issued under Rule 55 instead of an invoice.
It shows the challan number and date, the consignor's and consignee's names, addresses and GSTINs, each item's HSN, description, quantity and value, the tax rate where the movement is for supply, the place of supply and a signature. Print it in three copies: for the consignee, the transporter and yourself.
Use a delivery challan instead of an invoice for job work, supply on approval, transfers that aren't a supply, and goods whose quantity is known only on delivery.
