What does merge PDF do?
It joins several PDF files into a single PDF, keeping every page exactly as it was, text and quality included. Use it to send an invoice with its delivery challan, combine monthly statements, or put all your loan or visa documents into one file.
The files are combined in your browser, so confidential documents never leave your device.
Before you merge
Password-protected PDFs can't be merged until the password is removed. Open them, save a copy without the password, then add that copy.
If the merged file is too big for a portal or email, use Compress PDF afterwards.
Good to know
How do I merge PDF files?
Add the PDFs, put them in order with the arrows, sign in with Google and download the combined PDF.
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, with the same text, images and quality.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Not directly. Remove the password first by saving an unprotected copy, then merge that.
How many PDFs can I merge?
Up to 30 files and 200 MB in total at once.
Does it count as a download?
Yes. Each merged PDF you save counts as one download: 3 free a month, unlimited with Pro.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your files are processed in your browser and saved straight to your device. They never reach our servers, and we keep no copy.
