What DocketBee does
DocketBee turns a short form into a clean, print-ready PDF: GST invoices, quotations, rent receipts and agreements, salary slips, offer and relieving letters, resumes, biodata and more. There are 47 tools in all, each with plain-language notes on what the document needs and why.
Alongside the tools we publish 10 guides on rules people often get stuck on, like HRA proofs and what a GST invoice must show, and a blog with 5 short, sourced reads for small businesses.
Built so your documents stay yours
Everything you type, and every PDF, is made in your own browser. Names, PAN, GSTIN, addresses, salaries and photos are never uploaded to our servers. We only keep what we need to sign you in, count downloads and take payments; the privacy policy lists exactly what.
How it stays free
- Free: fill in, preview and make as many documents as you like, and download 3 PDFs a month with a Google sign-in.
- Ads: free pages show a few ads from Google AdSense. They are never placed between a form and its Download button.
- Pro: ₹199/month or ₹999/year for unlimited downloads with no ads, or a ₹29 day pass for one busy day. All prices include GST. See pricing.
How we keep documents accurate
Every tax and legal rule we mention links to its official source: the Income Tax Department, the GST Council, the Ministry of MSME and similar. DocketBee provides document formats, not legal or tax advice, so for anything with real consequences please check with a Chartered Accountant or lawyer.
